3. Order Processing & Shipping

Physical Books:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Digital Products (E-books, Audiobooks, & Downloadable Content):

  • Digital purchases are available instantly after payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive a download link via email or can access their purchases in their DigiShop account.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device before purchase.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Physical Books: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but customers may request a return (see Refund and Return Policy).
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and cancellations/refunds are not available after purchase.

5. Discounts, Promotions & Coupons

  • Promo codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
  • Promotions are subject to availability and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
