Digital Products (E-books, Audiobooks, and Digital Content):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, audiobooks, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable.
  • However, if you experience issues accessing your purchased content, please contact us for support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
